The disability drop down found within the Sensitive Information section of an employee's profile is controlled by the FormData_Person_m.SWCDisabilityId field setting.
This request is to change the name/description of the field setting to make this more clearer as SWC to most people is School Workforce Census and makes it appear limited to the SWC functionality.
The Disability drop down also doesn't highlight orange when using Edit mode, like other field settings do, which would be useful as part of this change.

While I understand the need for clarity, due to other priorities, we are unlikely to implement this change as it would bring minimal value at this time.
