The ability to select a room when raising a quote request

When logging a quote request, it doesn't give the option to select on the room entered in the system to provide the contractors with full location information that mirrors the functionality when raising a callout.
Is difficult to review quotations versus callout as we cannot confirm which area the issue is. Different contractors are set up for different rooms. Contractors also don't know where on site they need to be quoting for as the sites are so large they waste a lot of time looking for items.
