At the moment the system does not accept a PMV certificate in xls/xlsx format. We would like this to be implemented OR a way around it, which is suggested below.
From the monitoring devices we can get xlsx format data, however Access Maintain doesn't support xlsx as a PMV Certificate. I understand that only PDFs can be viewed through the Maintain Platform, which is fine - so would it be possible to do a workaround like how it was implemented for doc, docx - you aren't able to view the document through the system but clicking the PDF icon within Maintain allows you to download/ save it to your device to then view. I've attached a copy of some of the data as an example, this also shows how paramount it is for us to be able to retain the automated device commentary shown within the columns, B, I, P, W Tab 1 - B, E, L, S etc. Tab 2. I've kept it in exact format from how the devices send it to us, they never go more than 1MB etc.
