Extend due date on a quote request for the additional contractors

The ability to change the due date of an additional contractor selected on a quote request due to the fact that quote request will have the initial due date and some of the contractors won't have the time enough to respond. Even if the quotation can be sill submited on the quote request, this can affect contractor's KPI
