The ability to change the On Hold Reason at any point prior to Authorisation of a QR

Currently we can only place a QR 'On Hold' once, however there is often a change in the reason that the QR is 'On Hold' therefore we would like the ability to change it.

For example, the initial 'On Hold' reason may be 'Awaiting Management Review' to allow the Property Manager to gather more information about the proposed works. The Property Manager would then like to be able to change the 'On Hold' reason to 'Awaiting Authority to Proceed' whilst the QR is going through their internal funding decisions before the work order is finally approved and authorised as a PPO.

The change would allow the Property Managers to be more efficient in their use of system & target their attention to the work orders that require it rather than always having to constantly review all work orders.
