In House Engineer Preset Check questions for H&S and Risk assesments

We require pre-set question(s) to be asked to our in-house engineers prior to logging attendance on a job. This primarily is to check the in-house engineer has completed a risk assessment prior to commencing work. With a wide range of work types and abilities it is important as a business that we establish the engineer has completed the required safety/ risk assessment checks required prior to commencing work in our sites.
