Ability to attach an MP4 file when placing a callout

When placing a callout via desktop / mobile app we have the ability to attach pictures to help visually explain the problem, it's been asked whether videos could also be attached when raising jobs to help also
It could lead to the customer spending additional hourly labour costs to contractors if they're having to investigate the issue on site as opposed to knowing what's going wrong via a video file and reducing the time spent on site.

The only issue i can see with this is the size of the .MP4 and how much we'll be able to store - whcih would be dependent on what device they use to record and the quality of the video.
A unit manager may not put enough information when raising a callout , so having the ability to add videos as well as pictures can help the contractor to determine what the issue could most likely be before they attend site.
