Guestpay Integration - Customer Receipt Prompt

currently all customer that have the guestpay integraiton with Access ePOS are suffering from no control over the customer copy of the payments receipt. (from the card terminal, not POS)

With other providers/integrators we can decide either on the PDQ settings or control via the master POS, 'Disable customer copy' or 'prompt for customer receipt'

GuestPay team have advised that the Trust Payments side has no way of controlling this right now and will auto print if integrated. However, If non-integrated it can be controlled.

The customer has been given the option to un-pair each card device, change settings on the machine itself and re-pair the device which does work. Massive work in a hotel with 10 devices for example... BUT on the nightly batch of the card machines it reset to auto print.

Whilst we believe this may be a card machine question. All access epos customers are requestiong the functionalit, therefore need Access to assist with a solution or control point.
