Check back on customers using KVs.

Check back on customers after meals are sent out from the kitchen pass is allways an issue and more so now with app usage increasing.

One way out would be for when meal status is changed to away in a kitchen that few minutes later a ticket is printed on a KP. Waiting staff could then collect ticket to check table . Spike ticket so a manual record is kept as well
