Bulk Update PLU KV no flag filter

Can we have a filter for Bulk Updates-> PLU->KV PLU filter for PLUs only where any of the KVs are ticked.


Most of the time you want a PLU KV to be ticked, not removed so a flag would allow to avoid unnecessary updates where PLUs are being updated that have 0 KVs ticked
