In the Quotes Screen, add "Requested By" as an option to add to the screen

In the All Quotations Screen, we would like to see and filter by the person who requested it. In the body of the quote this field is found in the panel called "Quote Request Details" and it is "Request by". This will make it much easier for the individual requestor, or Head Office support person to filter by the person that made the request
