Update UI

The User interface is very poor and in desperate need of a refresh.

Reading visit notes entered by engineers, which can be quite long and detailed, is extremely awkward. The text box is about four words wide by four rows high, regardless of the screen size. This is one extreme case but generally, notes are confined to tiny boxes that require lots of scrolling.

There's also no "mobile friendly" version of the desktop website, which is disappointing and frustrating.
