Integrate the Ideas Portal into the Client Support portal

I've been using Access Maintain for over 5 years, and only just been told about the Ideas Portal, when one of my requests couldn't be supported.

There are some great ideas on here, but it seems they will only get limited votes because only a few people are aware the portal exists!

Integrating the Ideas Portal with the https://accessgroup.my.site.com/Support Portal would enable clients to view, share and support ideas...

    Opening this portal up to customers is a relatively new experience. Until recently, ideas came from the Access team raising them on your behalf - which is why you may see some ideas from a few months or years ago.

    We're working to expose this portal and increasing amounts of our content (release notes, knowledgeable articles, news etc) directly within product through the button at the bottom right. We expect over time that this will become the default, rather than the existing support portal.
