Merge Callouts

Having the ability to merge multiple callouts of the same type at the same location so that rather than generating two sets of callout charges it combines notes and images to make one call out.


For example, our business sites are vast, and multiple departments may report electrical issues that could be dealt with on one visit - currently it'll request two visits and allow contractors to charge us twice.
