Help us shape the future of our products by submitting your own ideas and reviewing ideas submitted by other users. If you see an idea you like, feel free to vote it up and add any comments that you feel would be beneficial.
This is a collaborative community, so please join in, contribute your innovative ideas and help our product teams to shape their roadmaps and future product development.

Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.

Contractors should be able to toggle further Email alerts as required

Contractors should be able to toggle to receive all 'Notes' as Emails if they wish.

There are currently many actions on the system that do not create Email Alerts (other than the automated daily unread messages one), including but not limited to:

- Client adding further notes to a job
- Client moving a job to any of the 'Orders to Action Status' i.e Query

The Contractors should have the same toggle as the Clients to be able to choose to receive all 'Notes' as Emails if they wish:

On the Client Side, for the Clients this sits under User Accounts > User Settings > User Group
"Email notes added to orders for assigned units? - Yes" - "Users will receive via email all notes that are added to unpaid orders on their assigned units."

This would be a great idea... this would assist us in obtaining the information in a quick format.

agreed, from a supplier POV, we only see additional notes on logging in and may miss vital info not included in the original job notification, or, queries etc, as we don't get alerts for those.
