Enchancements to Messaging

We propose several enhancements to the messaging system to improve functionality and ease of use:

  • Allow users to add attachments (e.g/ documents, images) directly to messages.

  • Easily create messaging groups by site, department, staff group, job role, permission level, or other relevant categories.

  • Allow users to name and organise messaging groups, even if they don’t directly correlate to predefined categories.

  • Provide the ability to easily remove participants from messaging groups when they no longer need to be included.

  • Introduce a feature for bulletin-style messaging, allowing for one-way communication from administrators to staff without the ability for replies.

  • Enable the ability to quickly add participants to a message or group.
