"Mark for approval" to populate Forecast data

The process of marking a rota for approval should generate data in the Forecast section of the Cost Control. This will allow us to review forecasted wages and sales before publishing the rota.


Currently you can only compare figures once a rota has been published - at which point staff are able to see their scheduled shifts. If we are not satisfied with the forecast we then have to unpublish the rota and go over the process again.


It will allow for a rota to be done well in advance, marked for approval so that a forecast can be reviewed and the rota published nearer to the date when there are more accurate Actuals to refer to.
