Rotaready - Grant manager access to multiple sites/departments

Access to sites is granted individually. When a site or department is updated or added, access must be manually adjusted for each manager. For larger sites and areas, this can be onerous. Assigning managers to specific sites or departments would allow automated access updates.

    The new settings page allows you to assign employees to specific sites or areas, automatically granting managers access to all associated departments and sites. This means that you can effortlessly add new departments to sites or reassign sites to different areas, with automatic access updates to your managers.
