When a site adds to a checklist, the ability to place it anywhere within the list as oppose to just the bottom

Task lists are purposely ordered from what you should do first to what you should do last. When a site manager has the option to add a checklist item to the bottom of a centrally issued task it would be great if they could place that new item anywhere in the list as oppose to just the bottom.
