Currently, when exporting tasks (e.g., to PDF), you must select tasks in batches ("Tasks 1 to x"), and then manually deselect any tasks you don’t want. This is cumbersome, especially if you only want to export one or a few tasks.
Suggested improvements:
Individual Task Selection:
When you click "Share" (e.g., export as PDF), immediately show checkboxes next to each individual task. Users can then easily select exactly which tasks they want without having to deselect unwanted tasks from larger groups.
"(De)select All" Checkbox:
Provide a checkbox at the top to quickly select or deselect all tasks at once, enhancing ease of use when dealing with numerous tasks.
Export as Individual PDFs:
Additionally, add an option to export each selected task as a separate PDF file, rather than combining them all into a single document.
These changes would significantly streamline the process and save users valuable time, especially when they frequently need to export individual or smaller groups of tasks.
