tasks allocated to a role or person- others can't complete or view the task, but they can view the data (Read Only)

When a task is assigned to a particular person or to a particular role, this means that no one other than that person or those with that role can complete or view the task on complete tasks, but they also can't see the data in task reports. It would be beneficial if this data could be viewed in task reports, or it could be selected that the data can be viewed by other roles.

Essentially a Read Only version of the task.

Example: We have an audit list published for every site that has been assigned to regional managers to complete for each site, but it would be beneficial if the site manager can view the data related to that task.
