Admin to be able to see all tasks including those created by other users in other permission levels and to be able to filter tasks as Admin by those permission roles

Currently have to have a second login with that particular permission role assigned to it to be able to see, edit, delete tasks that were created in that permission role. It's also not clear with what permission role a particular task sits so it may be a case of cycling through and assigning the permission role to the second account until you see the task.

This could be a nuisance if for example a task was created at a site but then that staff member leaves the business, a period of time has passed, and no one knows where that task is managed from.
