Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.
All of our sites have moved to a more live same day booking model, taking bookings up to 30 minutes out from arrival. This does sometimes cause issue for floor teams in busy sites who are working to keep tables clear and clean, managing walk ins at the same time and suddently new bookings have confirmed without much notification. It would be really useful to enable a function for a notification to users of new bookings confirmed for same day. I imagine this would be in place on the diary and floor plan with an notification indicator at the top of the page - similar to how the FinAI agent appears with notifications on the dashboard /homepage screen. This would be great on both the browser and native app version.
