Close Areas - Admin message to display on the diary

When closing tables or specific areas, on the Admin message for the reason why it is closed, that message should be made visible on the greyed out tables. Example: table 5 should be blocked off every Tuesday from 7pm for a Quiz master - so Quiz Master would be displaying on the diary.

We have so many venues entering 'fake' bookings to block off tables, and most of them unfortunately enter it with number of guests and a booking type, which skews our reports. No matter how much this has been discussed and training given, it still happens regularly.

I have asked a couple of venues that asked me how to make this message display on the diary, to add as a walk-in booking with no booking type or guest number, however you still need to enter a phone number to be able to save it. It does what they asked for, however, 'Close Areas' should be the proper way to do it - unless there's a better solution. I have attached a few examples and the third image showcases the "solution" we found.
