Our teams will review the ideas which have received the most votes on a regular basis, meaning that not all ideas will receive updates. When an idea has received enough votes, the status will be updated to 'Under Review' and then a decision made.
Access should strongly consider adding pulse updates via Email integration, as a unique option, per job.
This is particularly relevant for sites requiring External PTW (Permit to Work) or External WA (Work Authorisation) systems (Landlord or 3rd Party) - it should be possible to have a pulse/ Email integration within Maintain. So these can be linked to the job, that way we can produce clear and concise instructions to all internal and external members that Maintain should be referred to in first instance, rather than having to copy, paste, forward and duplicate Email Updates / Confirmations of Authorisations.

Good one for streamlining comms, often capture of landlord/external permissions details needs to be copy-pasted, things get missed etc.
