add custom KPIs

KPI's need to be put in place to support the following:

  • App Sign-in Percentage of users signing in to the app at least once a day

  • First Fix Rate Percentage of equipment issues resolved on the first service call

  • Attendance (On-Time) Percentage of service appointments completed within the scheduled date and time window

  • Report/Certificate Upload Percentage of reports and certificates uploaded within 5 days of service completion
