API / Integrations with Contractor Management Systems / Workflow Systems - Contractors should be given the option to interface their 'Engineer System' with Maintain, contractors have often invested thousands and thousands of £ into their systems to facilitate a broad spectrum of clients, in modern working Maintain should not be a contributory friction point.

If the Contractor wishes and the Client agrees, Maintain should be allowed to interface - updating a job on Contractor 'Engineer System' should automatically update the job on Maintain.

Issues encountered include but are not limited to:
- Mobile site is very outdated
- Mobile site and Portal in General is unique per client, so Contractors could have many, many Icons, Unique Logins etc. very hard to manage on the Road
- Admin Time Loss copy and pasting between systems, trying to get around character limits
- Recurring friction points and inefficiencies can lead to 'Office Logging' which undermines much of the system

    We are actively exploring how we better support integrations for contractors within a new API that is currently in early access for some specific use cases.

    Job Logic is a very popular operating system. Large FM companies like Linakers use it and a huge portion of their client base use Access Maintain.
