Add question header to callout/quote questions

When placing a callout/quote, we are required to fill out questions relating to the asset. These questions appear in the entry field. Can these questions be made into a header above the question?

    The position of the question is really not great. Currently it sits in the box to where you type the answer. This leads to the question being trimmed off because the entry box is too small and as soon as you start typing in the box you can no longer see the question.
