System generated costs auditing improvements

Currently, the system provides robust settings to be able to audit contractor-added costs on jobs, with flexibility to flag discrepancies or specific values as you so desire.

However, the same level of auditing control and visibility does not extend to system-generated costs, which are automatically applied based on rate cards and configuration within the rates section (e.g. attendance fees, re-attendance fees, minimum time on-site, etc.).

Specific challenges include:

- When jobs have multiple visits, and may also clash with other jobs (each potentially with multiple visits), the auditing view only easily displays the last attendance date of each relevant job. It does not clearly show all historical visits within the jobs that contribute to system-generated costs.

- In certain scenarios, where correct conditions are met, the system automatically applies a contractor’s defaulted minimum time on-site to clashing orders. This is often missed, as the audit view reflects the defaulted time, not the actual recorded time. To update it and see the true duration (e.g., 0.5h), you must manually go into the job, navigate to Edit > Visits > Edit Time (Don't change the data), and just click Save. This makes auditing system-generated costs extremely difficult, especially at scale.
