Notes Added to On Hold - Reactivate

We often place jobs on hold where the user hasn't loaded enough information or missing images in order for us to log with the contractor.
When the user adds further notes/pictures it'd be nice if the ticket went back to TB Released, I realise the messages appear but on the actual ticket would be better.
