Option to complete forms using documents

Introduce the ability to complete forms in addition to document signatures, allowing employees to fill out essential forms such as health questionnaires or criminal declarations. Similar to DocuSign, this feature would provide interactive fields like tickboxes and freehand text areas, enabling employees to complete and submit the necessary information digitally.

    This would be hugely beneficial. Or, the ability to add online forms as links. For example, we use a workflow system which has online forms i.e. maternity leave application or opt out of the pension. Being able to add online form links, rather than be restricted to uploading documents only would be highly beneficial.
