We asked our teams to give some feedback in relation to accessibility based on comments in regards to some people struggling with the layout.
One user said: 'It would help if there was a colour coding facility and more flexibility with how the format is laid out. Many of my team are neurodivergent and more flexibility in how Trail can be presented would be useful in them accessing this.'
Another: 'As a dyslexic sometimes the layout isn't clear and can require extra thought to make sure info goes into the correct place.'
I believe some people struggle with the tasks that are 'relevant, but are not due today' appearing in the middle of the day. Perhaps if these were off to the side in their own sidebar menu to indicate that they were 'ongoing tasks'.
In regards to colour coding, yes it would be great if sites had full control of colouring in their tasks, but i believe even having the tags viewable on the task (without expanding them) and being able to colour code the tags would be a step forward in adding those visual cues.
