Contractor being able to see the site documents on orders

A functionality that would allow building plans or pub plans to be seen by a contractor. Similar with how asbestos currently. a link to the link like this would be beneficial.

Increase file size limit for file uploads

Increase the limit of 5mb for files being uploaded into Access Maintain. The 5mb limit is very low and can sometimes require files to be compressed. Some files cannot be compressed to below 5mb so increasing the file size limit would be helpful.
