Allow mass uploading of site-specific documents to groups of sites

For example, each site has its own plan. Uploading each of these individually would take a long time for large estates.

Flexable VAT rates

Ability to move checklist & record log components in the editor

When creating a Task in Trail - would be good to be able to change the order of the Forms. At the moment, we need to start by check-list and then Forms - but maybe I need to have a FORM like first then a checklist style on my new task.

Checkout Process

It would be much less confusing for guests if the 'Add discount/voucher code' button was on the 'Pay' section of the checkout page, rather than a completely separate section that is not always visible.
