Allow mass uploading of site-specific documents to groups of sites

For example, each site has its own plan. Uploading each of these individually would take a long time for large estates.

Flexable VAT rates

The Goods In crew would like to see the department of the purchase orders on the first screen, rather than having to click into each order to find which department to take the deliveries to.

Ability to move checklist & record log components in the editor

When creating a Task in Trail - would be good to be able to change the order of the Forms. At the moment, we need to start by check-list and then Forms - but maybe I need to have a FORM like first then a checklist style on my new task.

Checkout Process

It would be much less confusing for guests if the 'Add discount/voucher code' button was on the 'Pay' section of the checkout page, rather than a completely separate section that is not always visible.
