Add SLA Column to Rellease Callouts view in Group view

Adding an SLA column after you click Release callouts under group area would be beneficial as you can

Ability to report on franchise managers alongside area managers (but without moving from one area to another)

We have areas set for our area managers but we also want to group our franchise groups within these areas. Moving a store into a franchise group would then remove them from the area managers group.
