Warranty only contractors

To be able to have an option to use a contractor only for warranty works and for them to be available for non warranty works. We would not for example use the catering warranty contractor for the out of warranty works.

Allow contractor KPI information to be seen per 4 weekly period not just by month

There is no way to filter how contractors did on their KPIs per 4 weekly period, only by Month but the system is set up to allow 4 weekly period to run. Currently there is no accurate way to see how they are performing by period.

Allow mass uploading of site-specific documents to groups of sites

For example, each site has its own plan. Uploading each of these individually would take a long time for large estates.

Hide contractor telephone numbers from certain users

Would like to be able to hide contractor out of hours and callout telephone numbers from certain users on Access Maintain to prevent some users from calling contractors and contravening policy.

A setting that would allow contractors to submit photos as mandatory fields once the work is complete

At the moment, the engineers should be able to add a new photo even if the job is completed or even if there is a re-attendance required. However, would be beneficial for such a photo to be mandatory through a setting

Increase file size limit for file uploads

Increase the limit of 5mb for files being uploaded into Access Maintain. The 5mb limit is very low and can sometimes require files to be compressed. Some files cannot be compressed to below 5mb so increasing the file size limit would be helpful.
