Allow employees to select specific hours when booking absence on the app

Currently employees can only select Full Day, AM or PM when booking absences on the app. It would be beneficial if they could select specific hours as well, as not all absences requested require the full morning or full afternoon off.

New employees to be requested to provide their courtesy title, starter declaration, student loan information, and their decision on Working Time Directive opt-out during self-onboarding.

Display an employee's current clock-in status on T&A devices, enabling managers to easily see who is currently clocked in or out.
