    Please could you update the bank details field to default to 00-00-00 format. This would avoid admin time in correcting details entered in an incorrect format.

    Date of birth - remove default date

    Please consider the default date of birth as 01/01/1970. If employees skip this step, the DOB detail on their record will be incorrect. If you could have a blank DD/MM/YYYY showing, that would be helpful.

    Payroll ID to be mandatory

    Please make the Payroll ID on the Personal page of the Staff Directory as mandatory. This helps when the payroll team are identifying using a number that is not the RR ID.

    Make it more clear that Overtime is pending approval to the employees
