Ability to move checklist & record log components in the editor

When creating a Task in Trail - would be good to be able to change the order of the Forms. At the moment, we need to start by check-list and then Forms - but maybe I need to have a FORM like first then a checklist style on my new task.

Allow customers to edit their own ticket purchase

We spend a lot of time responding to and actioning ticket swap and refund requests. It would save us hours of admin time each week if customers could update their purchase like they can with a restaurant booking.
