Manager only appraisal flow

We would love to see a "manager only" option for an appraisal flow. This would be utilised for a checkin with a team member, whereby the team member does not have anything they need to fill in but the manager does.

Timed events to not be automatic in all sites

When creating a new timed event for 1 site, this is automatically live in all sites.it would be very helpful to have the event automatically off 'untoggled' in all sites till made live 'toggled on'
