Simplify multi-level approval flows

When an order exceeds one or more levels of authorisation, it must still be released by every level. This means that when the order gets to a level where they have sufficient authorisation limit, they cannot do things like requote.

Separate fields in asset management for asset and serial number

Being able to add custom fields to the assets database, for asset numbers and serial numbers, for instance, would be a useful feature.

Allow contractor KPI information to be seen per 4 weekly period not just by month

There is no way to filter how contractors did on their KPIs per 4 weekly period, only by Month but the system is set up to allow 4 weekly period to run. Currently there is no accurate way to see how they are performing by period.

Warranty only contractors

To be able to have an option to use a contractor only for warranty works and for them to be available for non warranty works. We would not for example use the catering warranty contractor for the out of warranty works.

Allow mass uploading of site-specific documents to groups of sites

For example, each site has its own plan. Uploading each of these individually would take a long time for large estates.

Hide contractor telephone numbers from certain users

A setting that would allow contractors to submit photos as mandatory fields once the work is complete

At the moment, the engineers should be able to add a new photo even if the job is completed or even if there is a re-attendance required. However, would be beneficial for such a photo to be mandatory through a setting
