History log: Show the user's name instead of "Collins Robot"

When the venue or any users sent an email to the guests through Collins, the history log shows "Collins Robot" instead the name of the user who sent the message.

Reservation Label

Reserved tickets notifications

It would be great if you could set some notifications within the Tonic Reserved tickets tool i.e. being able to remind the user to use the link after X amount of days as well as internal notifications on whether the link has been used or not.
