Hide archived users to tidy up 'Users' page

When we're archiving a large number of users, the page starts to get a bit messy at the bottom. If they were hidden but still accessible, it would make it a bit easier.

Ability to restrict media to camera only in Record Log File/Photo Fields

On top of the restriction setting at a task level, we would like to be able to apply the same setting to individual fields added to a Record Log so that users are not able to upload an old file when completing the form.

Specify Times Notifications are Sent

Some notifications can send at random times, including one was sent at 0:41. In order to avoid this it would be good if users were able to specify a time that any notifications could be sent as this means we don't have to make any further amends.
