Making capital account code available for Odd Jobs

The odd jobs function only allows the works to be charged on repair budget and would be beneficial to have more control on the budgets and allow also capital budgets to be selected when it comes to odd jobs

Allowing the main contractor account to log in via mobile

The main contractor is at the moment able to log in only via desktop devices and when it comes to a contractor that is on the move continously, the main contractor's account is not having a good version of Access Maintain via mobile.
