Re-set End Test option within buck actions

When resetting courses within Bulk Actions, the only option available is to reset the whole course, but being able to reset just the end test will ensure course history continuity.

When adding new payroll periods there are only 4 entries - start date, end date, period no and pay date. When this information exports into Early Pay there needs to be an additional cut off date.
