If the custom field isn't compulsory, the data in Collins will not always be accurate. For some booking types it is more important to complete the custom field than others.

    Make Custom Fields visible in Run sheets/Diary Quick View

    The custom fields do not appear anywhere else other than by clicking into the full booking view on Collins. This should be made easily readable by adding to both printed customised run sheets AND the quick view when on the diary or floorplan page.

    Allow a venue to open before 7am
