Job description notes to show on reports

The 'free text' description of jobs raised by branches should be included on excel downloads. Engineer completion notes are included on some, but to find out what the job was originally raised for you have to go through jobs one by one.

Toggle integration

Integrate Toggle with Collins so that guests can use their Gift cards/vouchers in the checkout process to pay towards deposits or pre orders, this would also be beneficial for Tonic ticket purchases.
