Make Custom Fields visible in Run sheets/Diary Quick View

The custom fields do not appear anywhere else other than by clicking into the full booking view on Collins. This should be made easily readable by adding to both printed customised run sheets AND the quick view when on the diary or floorplan page.

Auto removal of blocks

Having the function to add expiry dates and times on blocks would be great - this is a feature that sevenrooms has and it would really improve efficiencies if this could be done automatically rather than manually.
