Dark Mode option

I was wondering if we could add a "Dark Mode" option on TNA (PW and Access). It would be more comfortable for the eyes, especially when we spend hours and hours on the screen :)

Allow contractor KPI information to be seen per 4 weekly period not just by month

There is no way to filter how contractors did on their KPIs per 4 weekly period, only by Month but the system is set up to allow 4 weekly period to run. Currently there is no accurate way to see how they are performing by period.

Rota validation for daily rest requirement (WTD)

The system should flag any instances where an employee is scheduled without the required 11-hour rest period between shifts when adding shifts via the Rota Editor. Managers should have the ability to override this validation when necessary.
